XXI century is intellectual, modern knowledge and independent thinking specialists century. Because it is developing internet, television,
cinema, radio, telephone and other communication means very fast.
Media education is individual influenced way as education process interactive pupil. Media education is studied pupils to think independently,
to develop activities of creation, to get information, reworking it and resolving.
Media education if it is the more stable, pupils` world-view develops the more, because of independence.
Maintenance and essence of national independence has been become free from old measures. It included independence notion with
national ideological notions and it is printed state education standard about primary education, educational concepts, new textbooks,
methodological manuals, instructions, recommendations and has been creating a new multimedia electronic textbooks.
Media education is known as success of whole education. Education process is carrying out the press, television, radio, cinema, video
and internet. All of them help organizing media lessons education process.
In YUNESKO ownership cinema and television international council gave name video education: “Media education must be understood
to develop pedagogical theory and special knowledge as popular communication means in activities” on March, 1973 6.
Nowadays for pupils is known developing results informational education. Even there is no preparing users for instance, primary school ages are
acquiring popular information technologies and regulations. Maintenance of studying Media education, ways and has been changing organizational
ways as quality, pupils` individual abilities and creating their personal peculiarities, saving and developing, widening knowledge, to help achieving
success. Assistance of Media education resources these or those materials are acquired faster, they are acquired knowing process as active participants.
Developing of Media education will be changed life and a number of problems for instance, developing of information culture even health
of generation.
Media education has in knowledge process theory information giving with materials presenting by technique means. Knowledge objects
and events are been model, presenting their automatic one by one 7.
Media education pupils` knowledge maintenance is acquired to increase their interests. Pupils` display in influencing it is caused to think
and developing verbal communicative.

Cause of internet and get and chance of printing vary information in news, cause of multi cultural (vary cultures) news.
Particularly, in higher education organizations “informational hour” is used as educator`s hours. In that case, printing special events in
popular information means are discussed with students 1.
Using of popular information means in knowing process are suitable for pupils` psycho physiologic developing, it will be interesting
knowing process, influencing teaching maintenance and ways.
Main aim of Media education- helps understanding main laws, learning in simple ways of media information language, growing of pupil`s
artistic, to assist developing, to get media texts, learning and analyze them.
It is essential to become modern in media education matters. In vary branches of education are used actively, type and pupils, for instance
pupils` spiritual strong. Media education has technological infrastructure, its educational technology.
Media education is developing event in teaching process and its whole didactic conditions. In organizing media education must be adapted
materials of teaching process.
Pedagogic strategy of media education can be analyze artistic, state the value of its main.
Center of media education is pupil, its interests, willing, must be taught thinking critical, getting information.
In pedagogic scientists of foreign countries opinion, media education is importance educational, educative, learning knowledge process
of pupils are taught reactive thinking.
It is taught working with information, searching information, separating importance, reworking, understanding information maintenance.
Nowadays, “mass attacks” are often reminded in mass media means. In “Ideological attacks” are aim at human`s idea and soul. Defending in
aim the youth from ideological attacks, it would be better if follow these:
• To organize psycho diagnostics center for learning life of youth, mental and their interests constantly;
• To reinforce national mains of moral-educational, educative works in education establishments;
• To analyze educative importance cinemas and cartoons critical participating youth in soviet union;
• To organize moral-educational actions in education establishment absorbing in pupils` consciousness national and traditions 2.
We defend our mass media sources, language, culture through supplying mass safety. Strong of media education is planned the youth
future. Not paying attention education, we cannot imagine our future, health generation, intelligent youth 3.
